REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade. However, there are certain exceptions to this, feel free to contact info@jemmasands.com as we want to ensure our customers are happy. Any approved refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the merchandise.

For all exchanges, please contact info@jemmasands.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note, all purchases made using any discount or promotion applies are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

SHIPPING & TAXES

All shipping rates are calculated through FEDEX and all packages are insured at the full value to protect your merchandise.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties; these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a return or exchange all taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
